Incognita by The Piggy Brewing Company. New England IPA, 6.5% ABV. Brewed with Mosaic and Columbus. Poured Flying Scotsman Inn.

Hazy mango colour, pours a medium head.
Tropical and citrusy aromas of mango, pineapple, sweet cake and some grapefruit.
Flavours are tropical and citrusy, with pineapple, passion fruit, white bread, grapefruit and some slight herbal notes.
Slightly thin mouthfeel, medium bitterness and sweetness. Well balanced but could have had a little bit more punch in the flavours. 3.75 out of 5.
