Intergalactic – Potum Brewery

Intergalactic by Potum Brewery. New England IPA, 6.5% ABV. Brewed with Citra, Mosaic, Nelson and Simcoe.

Hazy and juicy mango colour, pours a medium head.
Tropical and a bit citrusy aromas of mango, pineapple, apricot, sweet cake and hints of grapefruit.
Flavours are tropical, stone fruity and a bit citrusy, with mango, pineapple, apricot, sweet cake and some grapefruit and very light pine notes.
Juicy mouthfeel, soft bitterness and fruity hoppiness. Nicely balanced and pleasant, strong flavours. First beer from this brewery I think, gonna be more in the future.
