IPA – Cerveza Tyris

IPA by Cerveza Tyris. English style IPA, 6% ABV, 50 IBU.

Half clear amber colour, pours a medium head.
Malty and citrusy aromas of white bread, grapefruit and orange.
Flavours are citrusy and a bit malty, with grapefruit, orange, white bread and some hints of apricot.
Crisp mouthfeel and a medium bitterness. Totally okay but nothing special really, pretty good balance between the malt and yeast characteristics and the more fruity notes. 3.5 out of 5.
