IPA Specimen 3 by Chad Beer. New England IPA, 8.5% ABV.

Hazy apricot colour, pours a medium head.
Stone fruity and citrusy aromas of apricot, orange and honey.
Flavours of stone fruits and citrus, with apricot, orange and sweet cake. Small herbal notes.
Pretty juicy mouthfeel, has a little bit of bitterness but the sweetness is in the front here. Nicely made and decently balanced. 3.75 out of 5.
