Juicy IPA – Slottskällans Bryggeri

Juicy IPA by Slottskällans Bryggeri. New England IPA, 6.5% ABV, 50 IBU.

Hazy mango colour, pours a pretty big head.
Citrusy and tropical, grapefruit, sweet cake, some mango and herbs.
Flavours are citrusy and slightly tropical, with grapefruit, white bread, herbs and some pineapple.
Crisp mouthfeel, medium grapefruity bitterness and a little bit of sweetness. Slightly too much grapefruit in the flavour-profile for my liking, I’m missing some more of those tropical notes that are in the backseat now. Not bad but not completely down my alley. 3.5 out of 5.
