Kosmik Debris – Adelsö Bryggeri

Kosmik Debris by Adelsö Bryggeri. American style IPA, 6.5% ABV.

Half clear amber colour, pours a relatively small head.
Aromas are malty and a bit citrusy, with bread, pine and grapefruit.
Flavours are malty, resinous and a bit citrusy, with bread, pine, and some notes of grapefruit.
Crisp and with a pretty high bitterness. The flavour-profile makes it feel like drinking a forest, but not in a totally bad way. Not really my cup of tea all the way though. 3.25 out of 5.
