Kunami – Fermentage Brewpub

Kunami by Fermentage Brewpub. New England IPA, 6.5% ABV, 40 IBU. Brewed with Cascade, Citra and Idaho 7. Poured at Brisket and Friends.

Tropical and citrusy aromas of pineapple, sweet cake, some grapefruit and herbs.
Flavours are citrusy and tropical, with grapefruit, pineapple, white bread and herbs.
Crisp mouthfeel, distinct bitterness and just a bit of sweetness. Slightly too bitter for my taste when it comes to NEIPAs, but if you prefer your New Englands less sweet this might be nice. 3.5 out of 5.
