Lagoon – Ten Hands Brewing

Lagoon by Ten Hands Brewing. New England IPA, 6% ABV, 35 IBU. Brewed with Citra and HBC 630.

Half clear golden colour, pours a medium head.
Citrusy and a bit tropical aromas of grapefruit, white bread, mango and some pineapple and pine.
Flavours are citrusy and tropical, with grapefruit, mango, pineapple, sweet cake and some papaya.
Crisp mouthfeel, medium bitterness and some fruity sweetness. Decently balanced, but the tropical flavours don’t pop that much. 3.75 out of 5.
