Late Nights Light – Fermenterarna

Late Nights Light by Fermenterarna. Double New England IPA, 8% ABV, 30 IBU. Brewed with Idaho 7 T90, Idaho 7 Cryo, Ekuanot Cryo and Sabro T90.

Hazy mango colour, pours a small head.
Tropical and slightly citrusy aromas of pineapple, honey, some grapefruit and pine.
Flavours are tropical and citrusy, with pineapple, honey, grapefruit, some herbs, pine and melon.
Slightly juicy mouthfeel, pretty soft bitterness, a gentle boozy bite and some fruity and honey sweetness. Nicely balanced, easy to drink despite the high ABV. Not much hints of coconut although Sabro is used. 4 out of 5.
