L’imposteur – Stigbergets Bryggeri

L’imposteur by Stigbergets Bryggeri. American IPA, 6.5% ABV.

Pretty clear golden colour, pours a small head.
Tropical and citrusy aromas of pineapple, passion fruit, grapefruit and some pine.
Flavours are tropical and citrusy, with pineapple, passion fruit, grapefruit and pine.
Crisp mouthfeel, pretty high bitterness but also some sweetness to balance things out. More tropical hoppy than your classic West Coast, and in this case I don’t really know if I prefer this kind of profile. I miss some more herbs and pine. Still well made but misses the West Coast-profile a bit for my taste. 3.75 out of 5.
