Martyrs IPA by Apex Brewing Company. New England IPA, 6.5% ABV.

Hazy and juicy pineapple colour, pours a big head.
Stone fruity and tropical aromas of apricot, pineapple and grapefruit.
Flavours are stone fruity, tropical and a bit citrusy, with apricot, pineapple, grapefruit and some herbal notes combined with white bread.
Juicy mouthfeel, pretty soft bitterness and a little bit of sweetness. Well balanced, doesn’t become overly sweet and the flavours come through nicely. 4 out of 5.
