Mediterranean IPA – Cervezas Althaia

Mediterranean IPA by Cervezas Althaia. American style IPA, 6.5% ABV, 55 IBU.

Half clear butterscotch colour, pours a medium head.
Citrusy and a bit malty aromas of grapefruit, white bread and orange.
Flavours are citrusy and a bit malty, with grapefruit, white bread, herbs, orange and some small notes of pine and caramel.
Pretty crisp mouthfeel and a medium bitterness. Close to a West coast in the profile but not as piney, pretty refreshing and nice, went down like a charm. 3.75 out of 5.
