Moments by Saro Brewing Company. New England IPA, 6.5% ABV. Brewed with Azacca, Idaho 7 and Simcoe.

Hazy pineapple colour, pours a small head.
Tropical and citrusy aromas of pineapple, mango, sweet cake, herbs and some grapefruit.
Flavours are tropical and citrusy, with mango, pineapple, sweet cake, grapefruit and herbs.
Juicy mouthfeel, some nice bitterness combined with a medium tropical sweetness. Nice flavour-profile, a pretty classic NEIPA but it’s well made and nicely balanced. 4 out of 5.
