Momo – Dugges Bryggeri

Momo by Dugges Bryggeri. New England IPA, 6.5% ABV.

Hazy mango colour, pours a medium head.
Tropical and citrusy aromas of pineapple, mango, sweet cake, grapefruit and herbs.
Flavours are tropical and citrusy, with pineapple, mango, sweet cake, grapefruit, fresh herbs and a bit of pine.
Crisp and slightly juicy mouthfeel, medium bitterness and some sweetness. Got a bit of a funky piney taste underneath that classic NEIPA-profile (I guess that’s what they call Momo). Nicely balanced and a little bit special compared to other NEIPAs, I’m not entirely convinced though. 3.75 out of 5.
