Morbach Monster IPA by Apex Brewing Company. New England IPA, 6.5% ABV. Brewed with Azacca, Mouteka and Cashmere.

Hazy pineapple colour, pours a pretty big head.
Tropical and a bit citrusy aromas of pineapple, herbs, sweet cake and some honey and grapefruit.
Flavours are tropical and citrusy, with pineapple, sweet cake, honey, herbs and grapefruit and some pine.
Juicy mouthfeel, has quite some bitterness but it’s pretty gentle as it’s balanced by the tropical sweetness. Nicely made, strong flavours and doesn’t become overly sweet. 4 out of 5.
