Navel Gazer – Beersmiths

Navel Gazer by Beersmiths. New England IPA, 7.2% ABV.

Hazy butterscotch colour, pours a small head.
Citrusy and malty aromas of grapefruit, white bread and pine.
Flavours are citrusy, malty and slightly resinous, with grapefruit, bread and pine.
A bit juicy mouthfeel, distinct medium bitterness and a little bit of sweetness from the malt base. Decently balanced but doesn’t hit the New England-profile according to me, more of a double IPA. 3.5 out of 5.
