New Pyramids DIPA (2024) by Apex Brewing Company. Double New England IPA, 8% ABV, 65 IBU. Brewed with Citra, Cashmere and Simcoe.

Hazy and juicy mango colour, pours a medium head.
Tropical and citrusy aromas of mango, pineapple, papaya and mandarin.
Flavours are tropical and citrusy, with mango, pineapple, papaya, some white bread and grapefruit.
Juicy mouthfeel, medium bitterness balanced with that tropical sweetness in a great combination. Really solid brew that ticks many of the right boxes. Realized I had this last year as well, liked it then and now. 4 out of 5.
