Nostalgic Dreams of the Good Old Days by Fermenterarna. New England IPA, 6.5% ABV, 25 IBU. Brewed with Idaho 7 and Citra Cryo.

Hazy pineapple colour, pours a small head.
Tropical and slightly citrusy aromas of pineapple, sweet cake and some hints of grapefruit.
Flavours are tropical and a bit citrusy, with pineapple, sweet cake, a little bit of honey and grapefruit.
Juicy mouthfeel, not that much bitterness and quite some sweetness. Pineapple infused, but that doesn’t make the pineapple come across too strong, has a good balance, although the profile definitely is on the tropical side. Refreshing and easy to drink. 4 out of 5.
