Nuclear Option IPA by Apex Brewing Company. New England IPA, 6.5% ABV.

Hazy pineapple colour, pours a small head.
Citrusy and tropical aromas of grapefruit, pineapple and some pine and herbs.
Flavours are citrusy and tropical, with grapefruit, pineapple, pine and herbs.
Bit of a juicy mouthfeel, distinct bitterness and a bit of a boozy bite although the ABV isn’t that high. The piney and herbal notes adds some nice dimensions to the more fruity flavours and it punches above its weight class when it comes to the ABV. 4 out of 5.
