Operating Tracks – Akia Brygghus

Operating Tracks by Akia Brygghus. International style IPA, 6.5% ABV.

Half clear golden colour, pours a small head.
Citrusy aromas of grapefruit, white bread and some small notes of pineapple.
Flavours are citrusy and grassy, with grapefruit, white bread some herbs and small notes of pineapple.
Crisp mouthfeel, distinct and lingering bitterness together with those grassy notes. Not much sweetness to talk about. Those grassy notes are not really my cup of tea, not that hoppy as well. Not for me this time around. 3.25 out of 5.
