Our Sour – All In Brewing

Our Sour by @allinbrewing. Fruited Sour, 4.5% ABV.

Half clear cherry colour and aromas of cherries, passionfruit and some lime.
The nose is very much mirrored in the flavours, passionfruit, cherries and lime there as well. A little bit of saltiness to finish it off.
Medium tartness and not too sweet, the salt and lime notes helps a lot in balancing it out. Good balance between the cherry and passionfruit. Thin but refreshing mouthfeel, quite drinkable. Might not do anything unique but is a solid brew. 3.75 out of 5.
