Paradis Passion Fruit – Omnipollo and Fidens Brewing

Paradis Passion Fruit by Omnipollo and Fidens Brewing. Double New England IPA, 8% ABV.

Hazy and juicy mango colour, pours a very small head.
Tropical and slightly citrusy aromas of pineapple, passion fruit, sweet cake, herbs, some pine and a little bit of grapefruit.
Flavours are tropical and citrusy, with pineapple, passion fruit, sweet cake, orange, pine and some herbs.
Juicy mouthfeel, medium bitterness and quite some sweetness. Got a bit of a boozy bite to it. Fruit in these kinds of beers is usually not my thing. Here it’s done decently, and it has a pretty good balance. 3.75 out of 5.
