Paradis Pineapple – Omnipollo and Fidens Brewing

Paradis Pineapple by Omnipollo and Fidens Brewing. Triple New England IPA, 10% ABV.

Hazy and juicy pineapple colour, pours a big head.
Tropical and citrusy aromas of pineapple, sweet cake, herbs and grapefruit.
Flavours are tropical and slightly citrusy, with pineapple, sweet cake, some herbs and grapefruit.
Juicy mouthfeel, soft bitterness and lots of pineapple sweetness. Hides the ABV really well, not much of a boozy bite here. Might be a tad too sweet for some, but I like it. Hoppy and nice. 4.25 out of 5.
