Pasango by Brygghus 19. Pastry sour, 6% ABV.

Half clear apricot colour, pours no head.
Aromas of passion fruit, apricot and mango.
Flavours are tropical and stone fruity, with passion fruit, apricot, mango, some vanilla and hints of white bread.
Crisp mouthfeel, medium tartness and some but not too much sweetness. Nice mix of tropical flavours and the right level of tartness. 3.75 out of 5.
