Posidonia – Cervezas Althaia

Posidonia by Cervezas Althaia. Double IPA, 8.2% ABV, 61 IBU.

Hazy mango colour, pours a medium head.
Tropical and citrusy aromas of mango, grapefruit, some coconut and peach.
Flavours are tropical and citrusy, with mango, grapefruit, coconut, peach, some pineapple and herbs.
Juicy mouthfeel, a medium but pretty soft bitterness and just a hint of a boozy bite. Well balanced, the Sabor doesn’t take over the show too much. Beautiful colour and really well made, such a hop-bomb. To my knowledge I’ve never had a beer with the Sorachi Ace hop, nice use of it here. 4 out of 5.
