Retrograde IPA by Apex Brewing Company. New England IPA, 6.5% ABV. Brewed with Citra and Riwaka.

Hazy pineapple colour, pours a medium head.
Tropical and citrusy aromas of pineapple, mango, sweet cake, grapefruit and pine.
Flavours are tropical and citrusy, with pineapple, white bread, grapefruit and pine.
Juicy mouthfeel, medium bitterness and sweetness. Pretty classic Apex profile, nicely balanced as usual, not too sweet and the grapefruit and pine balances things nicely. 4 out of 5.
