Ripe IPA by Great Notion Brewing. New England IPA, 7% ABV, 55 IBU.

Hazy pineapple colour, pours a small head.
Citrusy and tropical aromas of grapefruit, pineapple and som papaya and mango.
Flavours are citrusy and tropical, with grapefruit, pineapple, mango and papaya.
Crisp mouthfeel, a soft bitterness and just a tiny bit of a boozy bite in the end. Really well balanced with strong hoppy flavours and a spot on NEIPA profile. Doesn’t become heavy, easy to drink and refreshing. 4.25 out of 5.
