Riwaka – Hop Notch Brewing

Riwaka by Hop Notch Brewing. New Zealand IPA, 6% ABV. Brewed with Riwaka hops.

Half clear gold colour, pours a medium head.
Aromas are citrusy and a bit tropical, with grapefruit, pineapple and a little bit herbal.
Flavours are citrusy and tropical, grapefruit, pineapple, herbs and some notes of white bread.
Crisp mouthfeel and a nice little bitter bite. Pretty well balanced and it’s a decent beer, perhaps not my favourite from the brewery but still good. 3.5 out of 5.
