Sabro Sacrilege – RajRaj

Sabro Sacrilege by RajRaj. New England IPA, 6% ABV, 40 IBU.

Half clear golden colour, pours a medium head.
Tropical and citrusy aromas of coconut, grapefruit, peach and some herbs.
Flavours are tropical and citrusy, with coconut, grapefruit, peach, herbs and small notes of white bread.
Crisp mouthfeel and a mellow bitterness. My relationship with Sabro is, as you might know by now, a bit complicated. It easily takes over too much if not used sensibly. This one is coconut forward of course, but also pretty well balanced with some citrus and stone fruits. 3.75 out of 5.
