Single Quack IPA – Duckpond Brewing

Single Quack IPA by Duckpond Brewing. New England IPA, 6.5 % ABV.

Hazy and juicy mango colour, pours a small head.
Citrusy and a little bit tropical aromas of grapefruit, pineapple and peach.
Flavours are citrusy and a bit tropical, with grapefruit, some pineapple and peach, a little grassy and small peppery notes.
A bit juicy mouthfeel and a pretty soft bitterness. Really well made and nicely balanced, considering it’s a single hop that’s not that surprising but it still has nice nuances. 4 out of 5.
