Skog – Brewski

Skog by Brewski. Fruited Berliner Weisse, 4.7% ABV.

Hazy red berry colour, pours a small head.
Aromas of cherry, lingonberry, cranberry and some black currant.
The tongue mirrors the nose with cherry, lingonberry, cranberry and black currant.
Crisp mouthfeel, medium tartness and a bit of sweetness. Skog is forrest in English and this is gonna represent those flavours. Kind of cherry forward which throws it off that path a bit. Still tasty but could have leaned into the theme from a bit of a different direction, perhaps with a blueberry combo. 3.75 out of 5.
