Slinga Sour – Duckpond Brewing

Slinga Sour by Duckpond Brewing. Fruited Gose, 6% ABV.

Half clear ruby colour, pours a small head.
Aromas of cherry, pineapple, lime and orange.
Flavours follow suit with cherry, pineapple, lime and orange.
Pretty tart but not overly sweet, and a tiny bit of saltiness. Lots of different flavours that are fighting for attention but manage to bring it together somewhat nicely. It has been a long time since I’ve had a Singapore Sling, so I can’t really say anything about the resemblance there. A little bit chaotic flavour-profile in my book though. 3.75 out of 5.
