Specimen.5 – Chad Beer

Specimen.5 by Chad Beer. Double New England IPA, 9% ABV.

Hazy mango colour, pours a very small head.
Tropical aromas of mango, pineapple and sweet cake.
Tropical flavours of mango, pineapple, sweet cake and some orange marmalade.
Bit of a juicy mouthfeel, not very bitter but hoppy and pretty sweet. A nice boozy bite to round it off. Really nice distinct flavours, one of the best I’ve tried in this series so far. 4 out of 5.
