Squidability – Finback Brewery

Squidability by Finback Brewery. American style IPA (according to Untappd, but is definitely more of a NEIPA), 7% ABV. Brewed with Mosaic, Meridian and El Dorado.

Hazy mango colour, pours a small head.
Tropical and stone fruity aromas of mango, apricot, sweet cake and pineapple.
Flavours are tropical and stone fruity, with mango, apricot, sweet cake, pineapple and some peppery notes.
Crisp mouthfeel, a pretty gentle bitterness and not too sweet, those peppery notes balances it nicely. The age has probably made itself known a little bit though, not as fresh as it could have been. My fault for shopping in the sales section I guess. 3.75 out of 5.
