Starfish – Ten Hands Brewing

Starfish by @tenhandsbrewing. Double New England IPA, 8% ABV, 60 IBU.

Juicy and hazy mango colour, pours a pretty small head.
On the nose it’s tropical, stone fruity and a bit citrusy, with mango, grapefruit and also some apricot.
On the tongue is tropical fruits, citrus and stone fruits in the form of grapefruit, mango and apricot. Some herbal notes as well.
Super hoppy, a juicy mouthfeel, big sweetness from the hops and a pretty laid back bitterness despite the relatively high IBU. 4 out of 5.
