Steel Spine IPA by Apex Brewing Company. New England IPA, 6.5% ABV. Brewed with Citra T90, Citra Lupomax & Nectaron T90.

Hazy mango colour, pours a pretty big head.
Tropical and slightly citrusy aromas of pineapple, mango, sweet cake, herbs and some grapefruit.
Flavours are tropical and a bit citrusy, with pineapple, mango, sweet cake, herbs, some grapefruit and passion fruit.
Juicy mouthfeel, medium bitterness and sweetness, and a little bit of a boozy bite despite the relatively low ABV. Solid but not spectacular. 4 out of 5.
