Sundbybergs IPA – Omnipollo

Sundbybergs IPA by Omnipollo, poured at Industrigatan 2. New England IPA, 5.9% ABV, 45 IBU. Brewed with Citra.

Hazy pineapple colour with tropical and citrusy aromas of pineapple, grapefruit and sweet cake.
Flavours are tropical and citrusy, with pineapple, grapefruit, sweet cake and some hints of mango.
Slightly juicy mouthfeel, gentle bitterness and medium sweetness. A classic IPA at this point, made with the MVP of hops. Pretty good flavours and easy to drink, doesn’t surprise but is solid. 3.75 out of 5.
