Templeton Pek release new single “Paradigm”
UK based Templeton Pek have announced the signing to Austrian based Record label SBAM records, as part of the deal the band will also be releasing through Double Helix Records in the US. As a celebration Templeton Pek will release a brand new song “Paradigm” available on all good streaming platforms on February 28th 2025.
On the announcement the band said: “Partnering up with Stefan and his team at SBAM was just logical for us, we’ve known them for a long time and worked on past projects together including their festival. Having watched how they have built their label over the years they were our first choice to release new material, they align with our values and how we run things and are just good people which is quite rare in the music industry. We’re excited where this partnership takes us.”
To celebrate the signing, the band are releasing brand new song “Paradigm” on February 28th worldwide. “We wanted to drop a song that pretty much speaks for itself and gives a taster of what’s to come from us in the near future. The song is about the art of playing on being underestimated, something we have definitely been over the years is an underdog and like this song we very much use it to our advantage where possible almost like a fuel to propel us forward.”
“Paradigm” is part of a new Templeton Pek album which will be released via SBAM produced by George Perks (Enter Shikari, Skindred) at Vada Studio sin the band’s hometown of Birmingham, and mastered at legendary Metropolis Studios in London.
The band will also return to Germany for a string of live dates in June 2025 for the first time in many years, the dates will hit Hamburg, Koln and Krefeld. “We’re beyond happy to return to the live scene in Germany this June. It’s a place that has always been so welcoming to us and where we have played some of our best tours, shows and festivals. It’ll be great to see old friends and new faces. We’re excited to return to places we’ve been before and looking forward to expanding further afield to places we haven’t.”
The Birmingham-based are a seasoned touring band. They have toured with The Offspring, Rise Against, Bad Religion, Sum 41, NOFX, Alkaline Trio, Lagwagon, Millencolin, Zebrahead, Ignite, Pennywise and many more touring mainland Europe and the UK including festival appearances at Punk Rock Holiday (sl), Slam Dunk (uk), Jera On Air (nl), Brakrock (bel), Mighty Sounds (cz), Rebellion (uk) Open Flair (de), Monster Bash (de), Taubertal (de) and SBAM fest (At).
