Three-Headed Cod (2025) – Stigbergets Bryggeri

Three-Headed Cod (2025) by Stigbergets Bryggeri and Crosby Hops. New England IPA, 7.5% ABV.

Slightly hazy light bronze colour, pours a medium head.
Tropical and citrusy aromas of mango, pineapple, sweet cake, orange and a lite bit of herbs.
Flavours are tropical and citrusy, with mango, pineapple, white bread, orange and some pine.
Juicy mouthfeel, distinct bitterness balanced by dried fruit sweetness. Not much booziness. Well balanced and big flavours. I’ve tried the 2022 and 2023 ones but for some reason I missed the 2024. They have been nice though and this is not an exception. 4 out of 5.
