Tingvalla Hazy IPA – Stay True Brewing

Tingvalla Hazy IPA by Stay True Brewing. New England IPA, 6.6% ABV.

Hazy pineapple colour, pours a medium head.
Tropical and citrusy aromas of pineapple, sweet cake, grapefruit, herbs and a little bit of apricot.
Flavours are tropical and citrusy, with pineapple, sweet cake, grapefruit, herbs and some apricot.
Juicy mouthfeel, soft bitterness and pretty well balanced sweetness. A pretty classic hazy flavour-profile, nothing that stands out in either direction, perhaps a little bit more notes of apricot than usual. I’ve only tried the sours from this brewery before, but this was pretty crushable and nice. 3.75 out of 5.
