Trapped By Imagination – Elmeleven

Trapped By Imagination by Elmeleven. Smoothie sour, 8% ABV.

Deep purple berry colour, pours a medium head.
Aromas of blueberry, blackberry a little bit of cherry and hints of banana and cinnamon.
Flavours of blueberry, blackberry and some banana and cinnamon.
Pretty juicy mouthfeel, not very tart and not overly sweet. It’s an interesting and well made sour, although I’m not overly excited about those lingering banana notes in the aftertaste. A nice experiment but not the best from this brewery in my opinion. 3.5 out of 5.
