Vertigo DIPA – Svartbergets Bryggeri

Vertigo DIPA by Svartbergets Bryggeri. Double New England IPA, 8.5% ABV.

Hazy pineapple colour, pours a medium head.
Tropical and citrusy aromas of pineapple, passion fruit, grapefruit and some herbs.
Flavours are tropical and citrusy, with pineapple, sweet cake, passion fruit, some grapefruit and herbs.
Juicy mouthfeel, soft bitterness and a nice boozy bite to round it off. Very tropical in the hop-profile, loads of flavours. I really enjoyed this one, it took me by surprise a bit, perhaps because the can don’t really match what’s inside. Pleasant surprise though. 4.25 out of 5.
