Void IPA by Apex Brewing Company. New England IPA, 6.5% ABV. Brewed with Citra and Sabro.

Hazy pineapple colour, pours a medium head.
Tropical and citrusy aromas of pineapple, coconut, sweet cake, grapefruit and a little bit of pine.
Flavours are tropical and citrusy, with pineapple, coconut, passion fruit, sweet cake, grapefruit and some pine.
Juicy mouthfeel, medium bitterness and medium tropical sweetness. The coconut from the Sabro can be a little bit of a divider. Here it’s used pretty well, doesn’t take over the whole flavour-profile but it’s definitely there. 3.75 out of 5.
