Weta 2.0 – Hyllie Bryggeri
Weta 2.0 by Hyllie Bryggeri. New Zealand IPA, 6.8% ABV. Brewed with Nelson Sauvin.
Half clear amber colour, pours a big head.
Citrusy and a little bit tropical aromas of grapefruit, white bread, some pineapple and pine.
Flavours are citrusy and with some tropical notes. Grapefruit, white bread, pine and some pineapple.
Crisp mouthfeel and pretty high bitterness, not that much sweetness. Flavour-profile that is a little bit towards a West Coast with the bitterness and pine, but freshens it up with some tropical notes, just like a New Zealand IPA should be. Nicely made and got nice flavours. 3.75 out of 5.
