Where’s the Gravity Gone – Elmeleven and Pomona Island

Where’s the Gravity Gone by Elmeleven and Pomona Island. Pastry Sour, 6% ABV.

Milky pinkish purple colour, pours no head.
Aromas of blackberry, peach and a little bit of vanilla. Flavours mirrors the aroma pretty much spot on.
A little bit creamy mouthfeel, not very tart and medium sweetness. Nicely balanced, not too vanilla-forward. I expected a little bit more thick and creamy consistency though. Still a really nice collab. 4.24 out of 5.
