Words of a Walrus – Fermenterarna

Words of a Walrus by Fermenterarna. New England IPA, 6.5% ABV, 25 IBU. Brewed with Cryo Pop, Citra T90, Galaxy T90, Mosaic Cryo, Galaxy Spectrum.

Hazy pineapple colour, pours a medium head.
Tropical and a bit citrusy aromas of pineapple, mango, sweet cake and some grapefruit.
Flavours are tropical and citrusy, with pineapple, grapefruit, some honey and pine.
Pretty thin mouthfeel, medium bitterness and a little bit of that hoppy sweetness. Decent pop in the flavours, but it feels a bit thin, I’ve had better from this great brewery. Still nicely balanced in the flavours though. 3.75 out of 5.
