Hazy pineapple colour, pours a medium head.
Tropical and citrusy aromas of pineapple, grapefruit, sweet cake, gooseberry and herbs.
Flavours are tropical and citrusy, with pineapple, grapefruit, sweet cake, grapes and herbs.
Crisp and pretty juicy mouthfeel, distinct bitterness and medium sweetness. Nicely balanced and a pretty classic Apex flavour-profile. Not overly sweet or bitter but strikes a nice balance. 4 out of 5.
