XMAS DIPA – Duckpond Brewing

XMAS DIPA by Duckpond Brewing. Double New England IPA, 8% ABV. Brewed with Bru1, Citra and Vic Secret.

Hazy mango colour, pours a medium head with decent retention.
Tropical and a little bit citrusy aromas of pineapple, mango, passion fruit and some grapefruit.
Flavours are tropical and a bit citrusy, with mango, pineapple, sweet cake, passion fruit and some hints of grapefruit.
Juicy and a little bit crisp mouthfeel, soft bitterness and not much booziness. Full of strong tropical flavours, hoppy but balances the sweetness nicely. 4 out of 5.
