Phantasma – Crooked Moon Brewing

Phantasma by Crooked Moon Brewing. Double IPA, 9% ABV.

Half clear golden colour, pours a medium head.
Citrusy a bit stone fruity and tropical aromas of nectarine, grapefruit, pineapple, some herbs and white bread.
Flavours are tropical and a bit citrusy, pineapple, mango, honey some grapefruit and sweet cake.
Crisp and pretty full mouthfeel, got a good balance between the sweetness and the medium bitterness. Not very boozy despite the higher ABV, nicely made. 3.75 out of 5.
