Kattegatt IPA – Hönöbryggeriet

Kattegatt IPA by Hönöbryggeriet. American style IPA, 6% ABV.

Half clear apple juice colour, pours a very small head.
Aromas are malty and a bit citrusy, with white bread, herbs a little bit of honey and some small hints of pineapple.
Flavours are fruity and a bit citrusy, herbal, and with some honey and grapefruit, and a little bit of apricot.
Pretty fresh and crisp mouthfeel, although a little bit thin. Not bad and pretty well made, but a little bit thin for my liking. The herbal notes takes over a bit and doesn’t let the other flavours come forward that much. 3.25 out of 5.
